What have i done wrong!

Can somone take a look at the attached model file? I'm trying to get some fire effects onto his face, hoofs, arms, wings, tail ect. I started with the face but it wont convert, and i cant find any ovbious bugs.

That's a bug in my program, evidently. It added a new texture when it should have used an old one. Here's what you can do to fix it:
- Go to the Textures section and delete the last texture.
- Search for 'TextureId 5' (no quotes) to get to where it points to that texture in the new particle emitter.
- Change the 5 to a 2.
