Gmax

i jus decided since 3D studio max a waaaaaaaaaaayy out of my price range, that i should get something free, so i got Gmax, but, ofcourse, the models it edits have to be in .Gmax* format, so how do i convert .mdx to .Gmax, and vice versa?
