change the helmet a bit more, also try to do some more shading on the skin, although its really good!

Oh, the wood looks wierd, see if you can get a wood texture and overley it on that one.

Is that a new weapon or did you just alpha out parts of it?

A nice skin. The main problem with it, as i see it, is that it is way too bright. Try doing some lighting on him, and also make the existing shadows darker.

Quick change, just adjust the brightness/contrast

He's, The Hulk with armor and a axe.

He needs darker green.

Either take away the alpha channels or make it so its not grey right around them, it looks horrible like that. However the rest of the skin looks great. And I agree, a wood texture would look better.
