help with water

okey i need help with something i have forgot how to make water where i normally cant make water... like on rasied land how do i do that again ?

i guess, you just raise the terrain and start making water upon that moutain youve made....

I believe you go under advance and turn on enforce water height limits or something like that I dunno for sure but that might be how you do it
