this is the blademaster model, which I changed, into an elf, then into a human, then into a pirate, lol, I do too many changes on skins.

yeah the flag can't be alphaed unfortunately, the pole can, but a flag with no pole would look even more retarded. thnx for the reply.

but actually... *ahem* ...it can be deleted...mdl editing. it would look a lot better...you could probably find a poleless blademaster on wc3sear.ch

Yep, it's actually my favourite skin. I think it's awesome. You're talking about how to import the customized model in WE?

Well open up the map, then open up the import manager in WE. Press import, then import your mdx, in this case i assume it's the blademaster without flag. After you've imported him, double click on the bar, then check "custom path". Remove the war3imported/ from the name. Once you have done that, then you gotta save the map, and after you've saved it, press F6(Object editor). Go to the unit you wanna apply this model to(I assume blademaster). In there, go to the place where it says something like "art - model" or "model". Double click on it, then check the imported bar. There it will show up the "Blademaster.mdx". Once you've picked him, press enter. And it's done.

I actually like the flag... I think it would look better with it. Not to mension the file space saved if you keep it. The skull n' bones looks hilarious, I think you should keep it.
