OK, im making an open RPG map. Obviously there needs to be healing sckpells in it, but from what ive seen in other RPGs the healing spells heal a set amount of damage. wich kindof makes the obsolete after a while because of increase in level and of health, it deosnt do as much anymore. SO i was wondering, i made a healing wave-like spell that bounces between units healing them. Would it be possible to make the spell heal a set percent of the damage done to the unit being healed? like, healing level 1 would heal 50, level 2 75, and level 3 100 or something. Any help is appreciated ^-^ (summary: i wana make a spell that heals a percent of the damage done to the unit being healed) |

Well, yes, but by triggers. I'm not sure about bouncing, but if you have just a normal heal then you can have a trigger detect heal being fired, and then set the units hp to ((units hp) + (Max HP of (unit) / 2) or something like that; that would heal 1/2 damage. |
