The only way to remove that hero glow is to edit the model. Talk to the people in the modelling forum.

I think he is trying to add the hero glow. There have been some threads about this, try searching in "the repository" (it's a subforum of trigger haven that has various good maps that deal with specific problems) for the keywords "hero glow".

World Editor Unlimited actually has this functionality built into it as part of its advanced triggers. One of the reasons I like WEU :)
