HeLp With an ability (if possible)

Is there anyway to make a skill like build for a hero except a list of all your spells popup so it wont take room were they usually are? if its possible please tell me how to do it because ive been trying to tinker with abilitys to make it like i want it but it wont work! if you could help then thanks o yea and would i have to make a custom hero to hold this spell or could i give it to him in the object editor?

There's a spell call "Spellbook". It can be an item spell or a unit spell (i.e. you can give it to the hero in-game or give it to the hero from the start). Search the forums (this one and the trigger haven), there's at least 6 tutorials on how to use the spell book and it's probably in the FAQ too.
