Help? Range Problem!

this has probably been ask before but is there any way to change the max range for a units? i check the gameplay constants but i can't find it.

What do you mean by range? their line of sight, attack range, what?
If you want to increase the Warcraft max standards, hold Shift when clicking.
If you want to increase the max number of units, change "food limit" in gameplay constants.

the attack range ... how far they can attack ... for example the archer has a max attack range of 800.

thats in the object editor under combat, why would it be in gameplay constants?
