Help please

I try importing a screenshot file to use as my map screen for laoding people. When I import a file how od i make it compatable for the laoding screen to accept the screenshot? Please help me with this, im gettign fustrated ><!

You can get WEU and use the WE Enhancer to import a loading screen. It does all of the converting and importing for you, but I've never used it so I can't tell you how well it works.
