No im not dead!! im studying antomy!!

Im bored so i will post my lastest drawing... (was suppose to play minesweeper flag with a girl over msn but she had to go, guess its better for my sanity)

as i always do... it was supposed to be just a study on eyes lips and all but since i actually saw they were kinda at almost right places i tried to make a portrait with it and tada i got this... lol still need improvement on nose and face shading however...

When I need to study people for art, especially female faces I go and get one of my Mom's girl magazines. They are full of really great body and face shots and are real great for eyes and lips.

okay.. lets see here... on the picture of the woman, u have to proportions a bit off. since you drew her at an angle w/ her right side being further away, then the right side should be smaller. for example, the right eye, and even the right side of the lip should be more condensed(for lackof a better term). the right side of the face should also be less.

the eyes are also too big for the face, and the eye lids are messed up. u drew the eye lashes on the wrong part of the eyelid. where u drew the eye lashes, is where the eyelid connects to the face, not where eyelashes grow.... along w/ that, the right eyeball is out of place. one eye is looking one way, and the other is looking slightly inward, not towards the same direction as the other.

and in the picture of various body parts.. the eyes are still a bit too big... u still see too much white, in the eyeball. but the noses are good... anyways.. hope i helped u out...

The eyes look upside down also because of the positioning of the hair on the eye lids.

ah! i see what you guys told me.. think i just need to not forget im not drawing from face so logically some stuff are wrong, ill try to do better next one thx

You should draw face more like it was one whole thing not random gathering of it's parts.

Eyes are rarely almond shaped. He (or she?) has no lower eyelid or eyelashes. About the he or she, we can't really tell what it is. It would be a she if it wasnt for the shape of the head.
Usualy the shape makes a bumb at the eyebrow.
Speaking of eyebrows... Where are they?
Her mouth is lopsided
Spend more time on the hair.
her head goes back at the forhead, it should stay straight for a bit.
She has no nostrils.
Work on the pupils and eyes. A lot.
The shading, although okay, is all in the wrong place. I can't tell where your lighting is from. Why is there highlight under the mouth?
Her chin melts into her face. Which makes her look fat. But the upper half of her face doesnt look fat. So its confusing
It kinda looks like picasso, some features are seen from the front (eyes, mouth), some from 3/4 (nose)

Hey there guys (shouldnt be here till tommorow night but i walked all the way to my mother house, i was bored so... anyway thx for the critics, i tried to correct it a bit but lost all interest in it since some moron who repair comps pissed me off by doing something not very cool called ''swindle'' (is it the right word...), shouldnt have let my father go alone since he know nothing at computer, the dude litteraly exchanged my 256 ram + 64 ram for a 256 ram... and charged ous $80, kinda hard to explain... if it was only of me i would kick his ass hard
