Switchin animations

how do you give a unit the animations of another?
(i have Gmax, but the Kmk importer plug in doesnt support animations, is there an imported for gmax that does?)

I'm not entirely familiar with gmax but if you have 2 models in 3ds max i do belive you can replace the animations by using the merge animations option from the file menu. Another thing you can do is just replace the bones, by merging the two max scenes. Then there's the mdl editing way which you can find more info in the mdl edit section. I belive oinkerwinkle has made a tool for this.
