Tooltip Displaying Incorrectly

Hi,
In the map I'm working on, one of the spells is supposed to give the target (self or a friend) a temporary +5 armor bonus. I based the ability off of Inner Fire and set autocast range to zero (I didn't want it to be autocastable at all but could not find a better ability to base it off of or a way to turn off autocasting). This works fine. The problem is when I hold the mouse over the ability button in-game, the tooltip (under the ability name and mana cost) is either blank or jibberish - eg. "T!" or "adflc|?". What is causing this, and how can I fix it?
I appreciate any help people can give me on this.

You mean the portion that would normally say "Right-click to activate autocasting"? It's possible that you altered the tooltips for that section, and that WC3 doesn't like that...

Not the "right-click to activate text", that I left blank because I didn't want it to show, and that was fine. It's the regular tooltip that messed up. I think I found a solution in another thread though. Thanks for the reply.

I'd recommend that you use the Frost Armor version that isn't autocastable (it's the one that's not named "Frost Armor (autocast)". Change the cold length to 0 (I think that might actually be the Dur1 field for that ability; it's an unusual one) and the armor to 5.

Autocast spells REQUIRE a turn-off tooltip. The simple way around this is to enter a <space> (i.e. hit the spacebar) as a turn-off tooltip. Your tooltip will have a little extra space at the bottom, but that never killed anyone :)
