Is there a way to use the locust ability to make a unit unselectable except still have collision size? |

What I really need is the "Unit come's within range" event to work for a Triggering Unit that has the locust ability. Bascially all I want is the units to be non-selectable, nothing else along with it. |

I do not belive that it is possible, also; don't double post. |

Remove Aloc from the unit after adding it |

But arn't Aloc and Lucust the same thing, therefore removing Aloc would make the unit selectable? |

I sapose it might work if I just made the selection scale 0.01 or so, but it's not the same, *Sigh* :( |

-Could we use trigger with event:Player select a unit -Condition:unit type of triggering unit equal to...... -Action:Make triggering unit diselect triggering unit |

Selection scale has no effect, it just says how big the circle under the unit is, the unit itself gets selected when you click on a part of it's model. Try what Lord Vexorian said, locust is bugged so it can't be freely added or removed, that's why removing it may have just the effects you need. |

So should I remove it in game with a trigger? Or right now in World Editor? Edit: If this doesn't work I think I will try this: It's for a maze, so the reason I want them unselectable is so that a person won't accidentally follow the unit. A unit is issued an order targeting a unit Unit equal to Frost Order (Triggering Unit) to move to position of (Targeted Unit) This way they could have selection size and still not be a problem...BUT...if I can I want them unselectable. |
