need triggerer for a "system"

ok heres what i need prefferably !without jass! if even possible.

o)A set of triggers that make it possible to distribute points to agility, strength and intelligence when the player levels up.

o)A set of triggers that is based upon vexorians "8 hero skills" triggers but simply to put all spells on a seperate page instead of where the attack icon etc. is located.with an icon connecting the page from it to the default place.

o)if even possible without jass some triggers that make it possible to have slotted items, drag and drop as such..

if any of you out there can help me out that would be auwsome, and i spose the only reward i can give is my terraining skill and a rep oint... :(

o) Hero lvls then have a dialog that allows them to place points into each attribute as they want? Say 5 points which can be placed as they want or would you prefer a training center?

o)Hmm. You mean to force each slot to have a category? ie. Slot 1 = weapon,slot 2= shield, slot 3 = armor, yadda yadda. If so im pretty sure i can do that.

Im no pro so dont expect much but ill put something together for you. Mind if i ask why you need this? I know its for a map but what kind of map and such.

For your second inquiry, I know there was an item like that called 'Spell Book' in the earlier Land of Fate maps by Grand Dragon...unfortunately I don't have a link for it, but if you go on BNet and ask around, I guarantee someone will have it. I'm not sure how he did it, but I know it was done.
