Damn skybox

Why does my skybox look like this, and how do I fix it?

thats beacause youve zoomed out too far, i dont think theres a way to fix this though

Try moving the far Z back. Hold ctrl and scroll the mousewheel.

The easiest way to fix it is to change the FoV (Field of View) of the camera so the sky looks normal. I think FoV=70 is max if you dont whant the sky to look like that, So try with a number lower than 70.

Or a custom sky doodad with large scale.

Yea, as said, you can't go out to far, thats why soem terrainers take a ss the pciture in an in-game cinematic
