Doodad Stacking????

HOW DO U STACK DOODADS i mean stack as in 2 support collums on top of eachother not like in eachother IVE SEEN THIS SO MANY TIMES and i dunno how to do it and im jealous =( im the newbiest mapmaker in all the land

Hold down shift to place doodads in the same place. Then use control-pageup/control-pagedown to move all selected doodads up or down.

And don't bump a thread after less than 1 hour. In fact, don't bump it in less than one day.

i know about that but i mean like directly over eachother page up/page down makes u put them close to eachother

An alternative is to use units with locust ability instead of doodads.

That doesn't let you place two doodads in exactly the same spot, though.

How about, don't bump it period.

Hi, to put 2 doodads in the exact same place, give the same pathing texture that river-rushes have, i think it is "mushroms..." or something like that. This method does not work with some destructibles, but you can just make a new enviroment doodad and give it whatever model you want. you do all this in the object editor.

Are you sure theres no easier way because this would be alot of work when making a colluseum like beam has a picture of it in one of the challenges =\
