How do you copy an animation from one unit to another?

I would like to know you you copy an animation from one unit to another. At the moment i'm trying to do it in MDL but with no success!

Have you tried the MDL tools by Oinkerwinkle ? Exceptionaly simple and I've had reasonable results. :>
