Well, this isn't really my first skin. But I consider it as my first because all of my former skins were re-colors and CnP. This is my first free-hand skin. So far, I think it's coming along ok. I'm sure you'll see one or two similarities with other Grunt skins that other people have done because I looked at plenty of other skins before I started this one. Anyways, I need help on a few things. Whenever I look at him ingame, he looks horribly fat. The muscles I drew on his stomach looked good in the blp file, but they don't show at all ingame. Also, I don't really like the shoes at all. Well, I posted a regular Grunt next to him so that you can get a better idea of what I changed. ![]() |

Define the boots, they look like mush. And make your own face. |

I dunno you stole the head right? |

And Egg, yes this IS the Raider's helmet with some tweaking here and there. All I added was the black area instead of grey. I didn't copy anything. Final Tyrant, I stole nothing! Whitehorn, I'll try and redo the face. And thanks for posting some actual constructive comment. |

You said SOME similarities. It looks like you didn't even change the face from the one that egg linked to. The problem with your stomach muscles is this: You made them small and defined well, but being that small they blur from a distance. Make them large slabs, like maybe 2 coming down from his pecks, and don't make them extend ALL the way to his side, make them fade off to an extent than have a drop that you can barely make out. If you did take the head: I shame you and hope you die a firey death for being a theif! If you didn't take the head: Nice immitation, but make something original. Nice work on the skin overall. -MadBagOfHorses |

I say leave everything as is, fix up the boots, and you're good. I'd give rep, but the Art Section gets enough of it as it is. |

No, it is NOT the Orc Chaos Warlock AND it is NOT a recolour. |

Just because its his first skin you dont have to assume everything is stolen and recolor. I think its a really good skin but the face seems a little too yellow. And the beady thing around the edge of the shoulder pad seems a little too out of place. Nothing else on the skin looks like that. But it could just be me. Its a nice skin nonetheless. Very good for a first non-recolor. |
