That face is TERRIBLE at best. Sorry to sound so rude, but what you need to do is find a good picture of an Orc (that clearly shows his face). Like a concept art, hand drawn stuff (the WC2 Tides of Darkness book has a few pretty good examples, also try the internet). Than study that picture, and try to redraw the picture that you are looking at onto the facial area of the grunt. Note that you will have to make modifications due to the re-wrap around the model.
The boots arn't bad, but definately not good. There are spots of the original color showing through (might just be the WC3 Viewer) and the color and detail on the boots needs help.
Completely redo his face, it's bad.
