Grrr models work fine but cant get skins

I can import and use models easy, but I am having severe difficulty getting ANY skins to work. Lets try the popular Barbiant.blp skin. I go to import manager, put it in and at the site it says the path is Textures\Arthas.blp. So i put that in, save, and exit WE and return. I pick a unit, go to Art-Model File, and I dont see Barbarian listed anywhere.

The skin won't go under art-file. When you enter the correct path in the import manager, the skin is replaced ingame. You have to restart WE though.
