got problem with xp

ok here my problem

i take the experience for hero from all the map( each unit die on the map )

how i mix that?

plz some 1 can help me

Go to the Advanced tab => Gameplay Constants => Hero XP Gained - Global Distribution and set it to false. I think this should fix that.
