A translated version of Warcraft

Hullo, I'm the Troll Ru'Rik. i'm a Brazilian guy, and I wanna know if in the site have a progam of can change the code of game. I will try to translate Warcraft III to portuguese.

you can in theory change all the strings in the mpq, but why? if you wanted a portuguesse warcraft iii you could bought it, cause I know there are spanish, japanesse and french versions, I don't see any reason to do not have a portuguesse one

Vex, altough I am not sure, Blizz did not release a portuguese localized version. There is MPQ support and event game/Battle.net support for it, but i never saw a W3/TFT portuguese game (I am brazilian). Also, there is no portuguese patch for it on the Blizzard´s ftp. Blizzard had a partnership with a local company so we have local versions of the old games (SC/W2 BNE...), but it has broke few years ago and probably they didn´t get anyone ele to do this stufffor them. :<

Yeah, WarII was totaly translated to portuguese(but was a piece fo #$@#$! :< ), but the last, War III, wasn't.

Here, ours game developers don't translate much games, so we do same "patches". We, the Brazilian gamers, translated Counter Strike and Grand Thef Auto - Vice City to portuguese, so I will try to translate Warcraft.

If there aren't putuguesse patches, then you are right, that's completelly senseless though.
