(name may change) Here's a small Sneak Peek at a unit I'm doing for Whitehorn's Abyss Mod. Just the face, and I haven't started coloring it yet. Those black spots are because there's horns there that haven't been skinned yet, so just ignore 'em. I'm not sure how to do the eyes tho... the sockets are too big and round... any ideas? Sheyd |

Wow, thats nice with great detail. What color scheme are you gonna use? |

the colors will be similar to whitehorn's Rictus Hellion, which you can see in the Istari Creations forum in the Abyss sub-forum. (too lazy to link) |

Gothic Egyptian is the theme. Gold, black and bleached bone mostly. Great work so far, looking utmost suitable. Can't wait to see its h***ing body. |

Diggin it. Looks real good. For the eyes, I was thinking (I have no idea if this would look right or not) try making them look like they are floating in the sockets. Would give it more of a supernatural look. You might also try making them look partially transparent, and make it so you could maybe see part of his brain (shaded real dark so you could barely make it out) behind the floating eyes. Just an idea! -MadBagOfHorses |

You can only skin what there is. And all of these models are hollow. Chances of finding a brain in one of them is very very slim. Btw, it looks awesome. The lines on his headress look a bit repititious, but maybe once the blue and gold is added it will look better. As for the eyes... Depending on whether his face is gonna be some kinda mask or his actuall face, maybe gems? (even if it is his face I'm sure you could make gems look right). Btw, is that the destroyer model? And will alpha work on those teeth? |
