No More Horns

I was wondering if there is a way to remove the horns on Evil Illidan when I am skinning, because i really don't want them.

You can but it will leave two holes in his head. This proccess uses alpha channels go to the tutorail section to find out more.

and then geomerge another skin part where the holes are

Actually you can remove the horns, it will not create a hole. Alpha edit the horns, make sure you keep it at 32 bit resolution.
