Ok, I've been reading a lot of posts from this site and still, I cannot make this shotgun model to show up. Can someone post a detailed description on how I can get this model to work? Thanks! |

You probably didn't put the skin on right. Both the model and the skin file should have no filepath other than their name. So once you import the skin, for example: War3mapimported/shotgun.blp, remove the War3mapimported/ and leave it just shotgun.blp. |

I did what you've said--leaving the path without the "War3mapimported/" making it just Shotgun.MDX and Shotgun.blp and still, I cannot get model to load properly in the editor when I saved and I reload the map. So....? |

What are you doing to make it show up in the map? Placing it on the map or attaching it to a unit? |

In my editor, I go to my Object Editor and go to any unit such as a peasant, and change the value for the art - model. Since any kind of model can displayed by the editor, it's what I do to see the model or fx. I had the Goblin model file working good, but any other one, I can't get it to display correctly. |

Did you make sure that the skin and the MDX file are in the same folder? If not the model will not show up. For detail read the Wc3 art tools documation. |
