how do i get Heavy Locker or WE Unlimited.

because i want to protect my map

not sure about heavy loacker, but ti would probaly be in the download section

Another option would be ExtProtect (see my sig)

I also suggest to get ExtProtect because weu doesn't protect maps and HL has some "issues" in the latest version

But you could always download the previous version of Heavy; in the thread Heavy Locker, go to the last page and scroll down, Starcraftfreak provides a link to a previous version of Heavy. Also I think Heavy is harder to undo? Not sure though.

Heavy Locker can still be used to compress map size but newest version has some issues protecting maps in 1.16
