How to command my fleets

Guest	I wanted different ideas on how to command my fleets, without letting the players touch them (you are the commander you order the people not do it for them) for my game command school

Guest	ok there will be 7 ships, my goal is to make people "order" them using chat strings instead of controlling them themselves
