Targa plugin for psp8

Ok. When i skin my Blood Mage and put it to the WE, its all blue. I've heard something called the targa plugin. What is it and where can i get it? Thank you.

PSP 8. THAT is your problem. The targa plugin is for photoshop.

Use warcraft 3 viewer to convert to BLP. That, and don't use BMPs or JPGs. They lack alpha channels and would cause something like your problem.

Well my psp 8 stopped working (i dunno, dont ask), so now i downloaded GIMP and its working nicely. Thanks for the help tho.
