Well, i Used Flash MX. I can make something to show u exactly how i did this if anyone cares. The best part is i can make it as bit or as small as i want without it getting pixalated it will stay nice and clean. I am in the process of coloring it so just wait a bit. |

well, yah and duh. i just said it was vector, and i agree with him ^ its manga its suposed to look like that. Except the ears, lol. Flash mx is a animator and im realy good at it. Its just the vector is perfect for the fine tuning of outlines becouse u can freely edit your lines unlike in photshop where i have to delete. |

Be patient :P Anyway according to my manga/anime knowing his picture seem to be a girl in pre puberty state in other words shes neither a child neither a teen yet so if the neck seem little its just the way its drawn |

You should take a look at this site, its cover probly all aspect of manga drawing http://www.bakaneko.com/ if you look in adolescent body tutorial you will see necks are that thin and its part of the style Ill copy and paste what they say about the neck: ''I tend to like the really thin necks, but not all anime artists use this style (most, but not all) Generally, the more realistic you want it to be, the thicker the neck. The cuter, the thinner. (Really thick necks should be used on people you want to look buff.) '' |
