you need to add them geo anims.

What do you mean geo animations?

*edit* Uh yeah, whenever he moves or plays his attack animation, the pickaxe and a corpse pop up.

Its because you need to edit those two geosets to make them not pop up. I'm not going to get into details about it, go to the MDL editing forum and check there
