OK, so i made my map and all, i saved it in a folder in the maps section, all from the editor. Then, when i start up warcraft, log onto bnet and look in my custom maps, its not there. Its like i never saved it, yet when i go into windows explorer, its right in the folder i put it in. Does anyone have any idea why its not showing up when im in warcraft? |

Did you try looking under downloaded maps? Usually thats where most of them save |

Yes, i have all my custom maps organzied into like 10 categories (sad, i know), because i made this one, its in its own special catagory so i know exactly where i saved it, and when i look at it in the editor it says its in there, just doesnt show up when i run warcraft |

hm.... I dunno then, for me when its in downloaded under another folder it just doesn't show at all unless the actual map is in the downloaded folder and not in a seperate folder. |

Im not exactly sure but make sure its in your c://program files/warcraft3/maps folder if it is then try saving it somewhere else and check your map in world editor and go to scenario > map description and name your map because the name you save it as is not the name it shows in warcraft. |

I don't think WarCraft will load any maps that are in custom subfolders within the folder Maps... Try moving the map to Maps/Download |

I have all of my maps in custom subfolders and they all show up because warcraft just uses the windows explorer programming to view the folders so it should all work fine |
