Import a 32-bit-depth .tga file named war3MapPreview.tga and change the path in the import editor to not include the default war3Imported/ directory. |

When you save it.. select 32-bit.. Save it as war3mapMap and convert it to a blp if you want to override the ingame minimap. |

put it into your map with the import manage and remove the "war3Imported/" bit from the path. Alternatively, in your case, read the faq, the importing tutorial and guess what, the minimap preview tutorial. |

This took me ages (And was solved by Th15 :D ) Anyway.. make sure the image is flattened before saving it as a TarGA file. It has to 265x256 pixels EXACTLY! Dont try and make it yourself. save it as 32 bit when you click save as (I used photoshop by the way) and then pu it in your map by importing it (import managerand usiong the custom path: war3mappreview.tga (Hope it helps :) ) |

Once and for all, these are the possible settings for a minimap preview: Size: 64x64 OR 128x128 OR 256x256 RLE Compresion: NO Bit Depth: 32-bit File format: .tga As garith said, in photoshop, flatten the image before attempting to save. |
