Death and Decay problem, item problem

High Loremaster
Is there anyway to make it so Death and Decay does not destroy trees?

And I'm still having trouble with making it so you can only carry one weapon at a time, or wear one peice of armor at a time.

1 - Change it's allowed targets, remove "trees" from it.
I am not using the editor here, I can't remember somethings of the trigger of the items.

When it comes to only one weapon/armor/etc, you can use the classification/level/hit points of the item to determine if it's a weapon, armor... Just give all your weapons the same classification or level or hit points and when a hero acquires an item, you do a loop through his items (for each integer A from 1 to 6) and you check, if he has any item that has the same classification or level or hp, but that item is not the one he picked up, then he drops the item he picked up.

Your other thread about item limiting hasn't died yet, High Loremaster.

Try removing Tree from "Targets Allowed", but I have a hunch that this ability can't change that aspect of the targets. Some abilities have hardcoded bits of information.

Lots of abilities are like that. No matter how hard you try, you can't add or remove a certain target to it...there is a small solution though. Make an ability based off Flame Strike. Change the effect buff thingy so it looks like death and decay instaid of the embers. Remove the art effects for the flamestrike and all that. Change the duration and fix the damage if you want. Flamestrike's targets for trees or no trees IS flexible, so you can check or uncheck it. Think that should help. :D

Flamestrike doesn't do percentage-based damage. To my knowledge there isn't an alternate spell that does that too and the only possible way woul dbe to use triggers to simulate damage.
