Okay well i just started mdl editing awhile ago, and i was wondering how can i fix the warden so that little part doesn't come up.

I used Oinerwinkles tools to edit it, and since i used snap, i assume the single vertice is causing the texture to be applied. No, skinning it is not an option, i'm going to use it in a map probably so i wanna save as much space as possible, using already existing textures instead of my own.

It looks like the bone movement is moving the vertices apart. Select all the vertices you snapped together and go Tools->Assign Vertex Group and enter 0.
