These are my first skins: Scorpion and Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat.

Horrible model to choose, although there isn't really a good model for them.

I'd say, if you want to make Mortal Kombat characters, do it on the Demon Hunter and alpha out his weapons.

Everything is flat and has no definition, if you are unsure of how to improve it, I suggests tutorials, lots of tutorials.

mhh i'm a totally newb...
dunno what to do and dunno how to delete the weapons ...
plz help post a link to a good tutorial or sth. else ;O

I think it's a good skinning job( except the part where there's no shading....anywhere) but besides that the 2 skins are pretty good. To alpha out weapons you need to use one of the tutorials, becasue explaining it just takes to long in forums! Try to shade, and learn to alpha, then repost those skins!

well you dont really need a tut just use the ultimate combine of Dodge and Burn Hard + Smudge

search these forums... you'll find lots of tuts-- if that doesnt help, search the web-- if that doesnt help... well i dont know, give up or something...
