Guest | As most of you know I am remaking Marine Ranchers. I currently have it setup so depending on which type of unit you kill you get a particular amount of gold. This results in a ton of triggers and somebody has recommended that I try using bounty. I'm aware that this is what Blizzard created to give the player random amounts of gold when killing creeps. But how does bounty work? Can you regulate the minimum and maximum amount of gold that it will give you? How would I enable it in my map? Would one trigger apply to all players? |

First you'll need to add this line into a trigger that runs at intilization. Action: FOR each integer 1-12 (assuming you have 12 ofcourse) do Player- Flag: Bounty ON for player (convert ID to Integer A). Now in unit editor at the bottom of the unit there should be something that says bounty there is Base, Dice and Side. This is the formula Min: Base+Dice MAx:Base+(Dice*side value) Dice is basically allows you to set a random amount as this is marine ranchers i'd assume you'd want a constant amount so set the Dice and Side to zero, and just keep the base as the value you want.
