How do i make a trigger that transports a unit in a region to another region?

please give the whole trigger

Event: <Unit1> enters <Region1>
Action: Move <Unit1> instantly to <Region2>

basic trigger, search around a little for this

one more thing how do you make so when a unit teleports to a spot that you teleport back to the spot you teleported from not freeze the game
