yup vex i got it working, you can see it cast and the enemy take damage but i cant see the missile art or in other words the "blade" do u now the reason.

its vexs code... i copy and pasted the exact trigger and spell, just changed the spell name and graphics and now it dont work... and i do have caster system.

Would still help if you posted it. Maybe you didn't use the jass way of defining a model. It has to be with a double \\s. Like "Abilities\\Spells\\NightElf\\Blink\\BlinkCaster.mdl".

You added the dummy.mdx model right?

even if you added it, there is a bug with the editor that unimports the model, so you could try reimporting.

Other thing is the rawcode of the caster.

And the way I do for special effects , you need to make sure the path ends with mdl or mdx (add that)
