You should really work on proportions, they are off here... Escpecially head is too big. Try www.polykarbon.com .

I cant see nothing reallly druidish in her, maybe you should replace daggers with staff and add some leaves, potions, something. For now she looks like another warrior.

do what muo said, also look at ppl faces, no offense but her face is horrible, eyes are in forehead and the nose make her look like shes drunk, also most of the nose is too thin and too fat at the base, the arms seem really small, legs are ok, feet arent define enough, that should cover most of it

Your night elf head is way to big. Female bodies are about 6 1/2 heads tall. So you should be able to fit 6 1/2 head or 6 heads into the body.
