Spell target problem

I still don't know where to post stuff like this, and i've done it here like 3 times before, so i'm doing it again.

I've got a spell, based on storm bolt. what it does doesn't matter right now - problem is i want it to be targetable at: Ground and air (and amphibious), neutral, friend and enemy. now what do i pick?

Ground and air both seem logical. neutral as well, but how ami going to fix friend and enemy? when i pick none it can only target neutrals, and when i pick both then: when you click an ally it says "must target enemy unit" and when you click an enemy it says "must target allied unit.

So, any bright idea's?

Just put ground and air. Then it will be able to hit enemies, friends, and neutrals.

Wouldn't it be easy to just look at a spell like Unholy Frenzy that can target both enemy and friend.

Of course Arksword is right.
