Okay first off dont just give me a link to the FAQ cause ive done all that. Right now I'll tell you what i've done and what the problem is. First off I got a picture. Then since I didnt have any program which can crop pictures and make em .tga, I used a tool I found from www.wc3sear.ch which allows you to do it easily. So now i have a 256X256 .tga file. Now to make sure i can get the path right I just went into monoloth map and replaced the minimap preview screen with my own. I then checked and guess what the minimap screen looked like. It was completely blank and white. Err what have I done wrong? |

Did you save it as a 24Bit targa? or did you use 16 or 32? It has to be 24 otherwise it won't work. -DoCa |

I too have got that big blank screen. Got the pic down, used the converter tool, etc. How would i go as to make it 24bit tga? It has to be that... could be the photo thing i'm using. I dunno.... I attached the photo i'd like to use, if you can help. If so thanks and i appreciate it a ton. |

It worked great, easy and when ya save asked to save as 24tga and to convert to RCL or something... i think thats what the problem i had... needed that convert with the 24tga... oh well. Guess if ya want to do a pic, and don't have Photoshop i recommend getting a free trial vers of it. |
