Hello everyone, Well, to start, I will just say that I am trying to create spells using variations of the Stampede missles (By that, I mean missles that go forward in the direction they are fired and deal damage if they strike something directly in their path) and I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to create / spawn missles like this without using the original Stampede spell? Would it perhaps be possible to use units with the locust ability that are ordered to go forward whenever the spell is cast and explode once they hit a hero, ect? - Lazurus |

I'm not so sure that its possible with the locust ability, since the game seems to have no way of detecting the locust as they are spawned. There are ways of making it in UI triggers or JASS, but are usually fairly long and complicated. But i'm sure there is a way through Vex's Caster System because it allows the game to create projectiles. |

Ah, I didn't mean using the actual Locust ability used by the Crypt Lord, but the default ability which can be added to a unit to make them unselectable like other special effects. Are you sure this Lord Vexorian Caster system has what I am looking for, though? I remember going through it at one time and not seeing something like that. - Lazurus |
