How do you give Green rep?

How do you give a green rep point, cause, when I click on reputation, all I see is approve and disapprove, and approve gives a blue point and dissaprove gives a red, so how do you give a green?

You can only give rep when you have enough rep, until that every rep you give will be gray

And then you click on reputation and say you approve. I'll give you some rep to help get you started.

Is gray rep nuetral then? Do I give green or gray? Also, what happened to ressurecting the point system? It's been a few months now:\

Grey rep is neutral; its worth 0 rep points.

To find out if you give green or grey, rep someone then check their profile.

I dont think they are bringing back the points system.

Actually Pyrus, the points are coming back eventually, evidence of it can be seen here.

I was hearing more stuff about that they want to remove it permanently then that it is coming back :\ Then again, I have barely any sources to find out about what they think about the point system, but I guess that's the site director's plans ;)
Anyway, where is that picture from you showed in the link Doca? I can't recall seeing it anywhere before and as I recall, you're a mod like me ;) so, not too much difference (except in global reputation, I stand in the shadow of many :P)

Grey rep, IS able to give +reps if I'm not mistaking. As I recall I heard someone saying that a positive Grey rep could give +1 rep. I'm not completely sure about it though... but, use Pyrus' way to find out for sure.

I think that's the idea.. more power.

Hopefully the stockmarket thing will end up as a cool game, hopefully the points system is dead, or reworked so it doesnt reward spamming.
