Extracting Starcraft Sounds

Is there a way to extract sounds from starcraft and put it in a wc3 map? I looked through the sc campaign editor and could not find a way to do so. Is there something i am missing here or is it not possible?

There's a thing on the Blizzard website somewhere (don't ask where, I don't remember) that extracts them, but you need the Brood War CD, so if you don't have it, you aren't gonna get em.
