Is there any way of attatching unit-specials>abomination explosion to a unit? Is there a way of making it a buff, and then have an abilty (with no icon) that does nothing but enable the buff??? thanks for the help. |

Use the trigger action- attach special effect to unit. Browse for the abomination unit special animation thing in that. There is a condition for a trigger, Unit has Buff. I don't quite understand what you mean though, but what I think you want is a passive ability that does nothing, a dummy evasion say. Then do a trigger that when it meets a certain event, it adds that ability. Then another trigger, periodic time trigger, If unit (set a variable for the unit that just got the ability) has buff (the custom buff u made for the SFX) then an action, Create sfx on unit. Think thats it. :** |

I think you might have misunderstood. I just want an ability like immolation. immolation puts the buff (a firey ring) around the DH's chest when enabled. I want an abilty similar to this, except it is always on and the ring buff would be changed to a different buff(blood). I dont know how to do this or what things should have buffs on them... any ideas? |

Ohhhh. Make an ability based off permanent Immolation (unit ability), then look at the buffs that it has, find them in the Buffs/Effects section, make a new 1 based off all the old permenant immolation buffs, switch the models, then switch the new buffs with the old ones, and done! |

Just create special effect on the unit. Special Effect - Create special effect on (Unit) attached to chest. or something like that. If the effect disappears just keep creating with a periodic event. |
