WT 14: You Are God

This week's exercise will be to terrain an Altar worshipping none other than yourself.

Well we're terrainers right? We create whole worlds in several... hours (Ha beat that god). So I thought it'd be cool to terrain a world where people worship you because, well, you created their world. So, pick something that will be your avatar in this world of yours, like if it were me, Beam, maybe I'd pick a spell effect that looks like a beam of light and have that represent me. You can also pick what race will worship you etc. etc. etc.

And since the last WT isn't going anywhere (sorry I was rushed so I couldn't think of anything good), we'll start the next one a day early.

Sounds like a good idea, I don't think we could beat God, he made the whole world in a week. :o He cheats too, all those custom models and textures...

Hehe, I'd make a giant shoe... Anyway, sounds like a very good idea to me, I'll see if I'm able to join this one.

Wow, that's sure worth trying out...

Figured I'd give a stab at it.
Definatly not the best but here it goes:

Put in more detail, add a sky, more doodads, and a weather effect, prolly red fog.

I had the sky and fog just forgot to turn them on when I put it in the game -_-.
As for the doodads I couldn't find any that really fit well.

take the crystal envrionmental doodad from icecrown, tinit it entirely red, and 0 for the other coulers, and spam it like theres no tomorow. do the same for the pointed rock model from outland, tinted slightly darker

This is an interesting one... Hmmm, since I created that Thunder Bluff terrain, maybe I should have Taurens worshiping me. :god_help_us: Heh, I got some good ideas in my head right now. I can't start work till later tonight, but I'll join when I can.

Ok, I'm trying my hand at this. I have my piece in the works now, and should have it up soon.

I saw this thread and thought to myself, who would want to worship me? Orcs, Night Elves, Demons, Undead?.... BAH! None of those guys would care about me, even if i was in a fantisy world. But I found a solution, those who would look at me, as if I was god!

Where's your shrine/altar?

As for me I might try to whip up something cheap but amazing looking.
