Very Cool, I think it needs some more contrast and the eyes are a little too close to each other. But I give it 9.99999999/10

it looked ok but it was too busy and not enough different colors. it looked like a dh that lost his weapons afer he rolled in shit.

aside from the graphic description i give it a 7/10

not a fan of the cnp- but you did the face well enough to match the rest of it, and kudos for admittin to the cnp. too few try to get away with it:

the face: 6.5/10 its done nicely to fit the rest of the skin, its just a little.... sloppy? im not sure how to describe it.

now that you have the idea of what you want him to look like, i would go through and try to freehand the rest of him piece by piece. its wonderful practice!

I like the skin for the uniqueness and originality. I like the CNPed armor and the face is...differant. I would give it a 10/10 because havent really seen anything at all like this skin! Nice work!
