Hi, I don't know if this was explained before, but is there any way to see who gives you good/bad rep? I don't know where I got bad rep from, and think it would be a good idea if you could check which posts you get rep from, and people should be able to state a reason. I think this would help improve members, rather than just making their rep look bad =[ So, if it's possible to check, please tell me how, thanks =)
If you think someone is spamming you with bad rep, talk to an admin (Draco would be the safest bet). He'll tell you who is doing it. Other than that, there's nothing you can do to see who gave you the negative reputation.
