First of all, please consider reading the Sticky posts (at the top of each page) talking about the correct forum to post in. This belongs in the Request Forum.
Second, don't request skins right out of the blue, and expect people to just
give you skins. People don't like to see their work go to waste if the campaign never gets finished or released, let alone started.
Third, it's been tried before. I've seen numerous attempts all over the place that never made any progress. I'm not saying you should not do the mod. Go ahead. Give it a try.
Here's a small tip: Get some stuff down like concepts, maps, gameplay, and jobs needed (skills you don't have that are necessary). Get some stuff done. Then come on to the Campaign Discussion Forums. Explain your mod, show our progress, and describe the positions you need to complete the mod.
That will get you more results than just
